Forescout Announces NAC-as-a-Service Offering

Furthermore, CounterACT can dynamically remediate violations, such as an out-of-date antivirus,a misconfigured personal firewall, or de-activated encryption software, without help desk and operations intervention — ensuring endpoint integrity.

NAC-as-a-Service

Three months ago in May 2012, ForeScout teams up with Fiberlink, the leader in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for secure mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), announced a partnership to deliver the industry’s first fully integrated MDM and network access control (NAC) offering.

The new product, ForeScout MDM powered by MaaS360, combines cloud-based mobile device management services, comprehensive device support and unified security control.

It targets enterprises providing cost-effective approach to BYOD management.

ForeScout has also added mobile security to its NAC-as-a-Service platform packaged for managed service providers (MSPs). The MSP package teams ForeScout Mobile add-on modules with its award winning network access control (NAC) solution; CounterACT.
