SAP Gains Top Gartner First Critical Capabilities Report Scores

Further affirming its industry leadership position, SAP has announced that Gartner has awarded SAP SuccessFactors the highest score for two use cases in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities for Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Suites for Midmarket and Large Enterprises report. The top scoring use cases were for Core HR + Talent HCM Suite for Larger Global Organizations and European Headquartered Midmarket HCM Suite.

In the Core HR + Talent HCM Suite for Larger Global Organizations (>5K) use case, SAP SuccessFactors received a top score of 4.02 out of 5 as exhibited by Edgewell Personal Care. “Managing HR on a global scale is increasingly complex, and we’re very happy we went with SAP® SuccessFactors solutions,” said Jermaine Holt, director of Global Business Services — HR at Edgewell Personal Care. “The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite is an intuitive and comprehensive set of HR solutions that allow us to engage employees and make data-driven people management decisions across the organization — all while realizing significant cost savings.”

This is Gartner’s first Critical Capabilities report for cloud HCM suites, and vendors were evaluated based on the following Critical Capabilities: Core HR/Benefits Admin, Payroll Admin, Workforce Management, Prehire Talent Management, Posthire Talent Management, Reporting Tools/WFA/WFP, Technology/UX, Overall Product Satisfaction and Overall Vendor-Customer Relationship (VCR) Satisfaction.
