Dell Technologies Appoints New Country Manager for Malaysia

Dell Technologies has announced the appointment of Mak Chin Wah as the country manager of Malaysia. Mak assumes the role from KT Ong, who will be moving on to a new challenge after a decade with Dell Technologies. Mak will bring the breadth and depth of his 12 years of service at Dell Technologies to the new role, setting the vision for Malaysia’s go-to-market strategy, sales and business growth, as well as overseeing customer relations across public and private sectors, partners and alliances.

Mak also leads the company’s Telecom Systems Business (TSB) in South Asia. In this role, he focuses on providing overall strategic direction in growing the telco business in the region, helping customers modernise and adapt to the rapidly shifting telecom landscape as the adoption of 5G and edge computing accelerate.
