Celcom and Sunway Pals to grow customer database via strategic alliance

Celcom Axiata Berhad, the first and foremost mobile telecommunications provider in the country enhances its rewards programme for customers via a new partnership with SUNWAY PALS, a loyalty programme under Sunway Group, Malaysia’s leading master community developer with 12 business divisions across 50 locations worldwide. A combined customer base of more than 15 million are expected to benefit from this collaboration.

Celcom and Sunway will embark on a new strategic alliance that encompasses several areas of collaboration, aimed at strengthening customers’ loyalty whilst enhancing the overall customer experience.
