21North Europ Assistance Sets Foot in Malaysia
Automotive technology solutions provider 21North has partnered with Europ Assistance Malaysia, a unit of worldwide assistance leader Europ Assistance Group, to launch the 21North Europ Assistance platform to empower vehicle owners, automotive dealers and workshops with a digitally powered pick up and drop facility.
The surging demand in India, Singapore and Indonesia since the onset of the pandemic is testament to the increased demand for vehicle needs. Leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in these Southeast Asian countries have partnered with 21North Europ Assistance to provide contactless, safe and digital pick-up & drop facility in a cost efficient manner.
The launch makes Malaysia the third South East Asian market to have access to 21North Europ Assistance’s services. Using 21North Europ Assistance, vehicle owners can get their vehicles serviced via the “Pick Up & Drop” digital solution, with booking easily initiated by scanning the QR Code on their vehicles.
Once the booking is confirmed, the nearest ambassador is assigned. He will reach the owner’s location while adhering to all safety protocols including social distancing, sanitization, usage of masks and gloves. Vehicle owners can easily track and monitor the status of the ongoing task digitally. They can also choose to pay online for a seamless contactless experience.
