TIBCO Supports Data Science Study at Ngee Ann Polytechnic

TIBCO Software Inc. announced a three-year collaboration with Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) that will support the institute’s Data Science diploma course and ensure that professionals entering the workforce have advanced analytics skills.

TIBCO® Data Science, TIBCO Spotfire®, TIBCO® Streaming, and other solutions will first be included in modules of NP’s Diploma in Data Science. Students will also have an opportunity to apply classroom learning to internships at partner organisations, helping gain industry experience. In their final year, students will have the opportunity to apply their technical knowledge through the polytechnic’s Industry Kickstart Programme and Capstone Project

TIBCO partners with post-secondary institutions across the Asia Pacific region, including Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, the Institute of Technical Education in Singapore, and the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia.

The partnership aims to train 200 NP students per year for the next three years.
